Pomona Regional Center is a California corporation involved in developing, leasing and managing commercial properties, especially Regional Shopping Centers, Downtown City Redevelopment Projects, and Industrial Warehouses. The Regional Center covers Kern, San Bernardino, Riverside and Imperial counties in Southern California, with current active projects in the City of Delano and the City of El Centro. Pomona Regional Center has been approved by US Citizenship and Immigration Services to offer projects for EB-5 Visa / Green Card Immigrant Investment through the Regional Center Immigrant Investor Pilot Program.
